Medlab Ghana Ltd: Service, Quality and Technology
Medlab Ghana Ltd is a medical laboratory based in Accra, Ghana operating according to International Standards.
These standards cover all aspects of laboratory operation and management including: -
- Specimen collection and handling,
- Quality control,
- Safety and documentation of all methods and procedures.
Medlab offers the largest range of tests in Ghana including the recently introduced tests to monitor effectiveness of HIV treatment. Should a test be requested that is not routinely performed by Medlab Ghana Ltd we have access to a highly respected referral laboratory in South Africa.
Specimens can be collected in Accra and express couriered to South Africa for testing.
Medlab runs comprehensive internal quality control programmes as well as being enrolled in several International Quality Assurance Programmes. This ensures our results are comparable with other laboratories worldwide.
All results are computer generated and stored so previous reports or extra copies are readily available.
